Grapes: Specially selected, highest quality Saperavi grapes from Kakheti region, eastern Georgia.
Preparation Technique: After removing the stems from the grapes, wine material is left to macerate for a short amount of time. Once it gets desired color, material is gently drained and placed in a separate tank to start fermentation under temperature control.
Tasting Notes: Wine has a barberry flavor with strawberry and raspberry undertones. Saperavi Rose has a very pleasant acidity and delightful aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions: Saperavi Rose goes well with fish and cold meat.
